The Economist Intelligence Unit, an independent forecasting and advisory business within the Economist Group, on Thursday issued a report that ranked Lagos as the second-fastest growing city in Africa and the fourth worst city in the world. Lagos shares its 137 position in the list the worst cities with Port Moresby, in Papua New Guinea.
