36-year-old Hollywood actress Kerry Washington, has been named by People Magazine as the best Dressed Woman in the world.
Kerry Washington had this to say about her style: "I don't wear a lot of pants," she also added "When I go somewhere I want to know I'm going to be comfortable and I'm dressed for the event."
